The key to solving this issue is understanding why it happens...... for the most part the various applications and email programs that we will use are trying to protect us from unwanted or malicious emails by applying rules and criteria to emails that it sees as suspicious.
With Wild Apricot we are sending out emails that have links in them, pictures and sometimes files.... to a computer that is trying to protect you this may be see as suspicious activity and it will sen the note to junk. It errs on the side of safety.
One easy thing to try is to add probusfenelonfalls.adm@gmail.com to your CONTACT LIST ..... this will be the email address that PROBUS Fenelon Falls will use to send emails. Your email program should now see it as a friend and put the emails into your inbox.
To test if your missing emails are in fact being blocked by your email program/app (Outlook, Live Mail, Apple Mail etc.). Open a browser like Microsoft Edge or Safari or Firefox and login into your email directly from there ....ie. go to bell.net if you have Bell email. If you can see the missing emails then your issue is that your email program has been set up to automatically get rid of emails (either go to junk or delete them straight away). You will need to modify these as you are likely missing emails from other sources as well.
