Folks ... We have solved the mystery of the Missing emails for Bell Customers. Without boring you with the technical details, Bell tries to protect you from email scams and “Junk Mail” before it even gets to you. Bell uses many sophisticated methods to capture these emails and stop them from going to your inbox...... unfortunately, it's not perfect and it sometimes makes an error in its evaluation of the source of the email (PROBUS in this case).
Our PROBUS email is seen as a potential scam email (because it is going to many people as well as other things like embedded links). Once it senses this behaviour it sort of BLACKLISTS us.
The ONLY WAY for you as a Bell email Customer to receive an email from PROBUS is to tell Bell that you trust this email sender and wish to receive an email from us. This means you MUST perform the steps in the attached PDF Document.
Please try and let us know if there is something we can help with as you do this. We apologize for the necessary steps but this is something that is way beyond our control and honestly what Bell is doing is a good thing ... it is just an inconvenience for us.
The Trusted email sender is this address “ProbusFenelonFallsMailSystem@probusfenelonfalls.org” (without quotes)
STEPS TO ADD US TO THE SAFE SENDERS LIST
Sign on to your Bell WEBMAIL by using your Browser (Firefox, Edge, Explorer, Safari etc.) and go to this address.

Use your email and the password for your email and LOGIN

Once LOGGED in GO TO BASIC SETTINGS >>>> THEN SELECT MAIL

ONCE in the MAIL ...>>>>>>>> SELECT SAFE SENDERS

ONCE IN THE SAFE SENDERS .... ADD the email address EXACTLY AS BELOW
Add ProbusFenelonFallsMailSystem@probusfenelonfalls.org TO THE SAFE SENDERS LIST
Once added successfully you will see it listed as a safe sender ....Thats it!!
